Drink 8 cups of water throughout the day. Avoid artificial sweeteners and diet drinks.  These may cause weight gain.


  • Plan your meals before going to the grocery store. 
  • Prep your foods for the week over the weekend.



  • Ask a friend or a loved one to walk with you or meet you at the gym.
  • Use a food logging app, like, to log your foods and connect with others.


Feeling better is the best motivation out there!  When you are giving your body what makes it stronger and healthier, you WILL feel better!

Think of this as a new way of life that you are CHOOSING, not a deprivation.
