We are here to support and guide you, giving you the tools you need to get to and maintain a healthy weight. We will teach you the elements of good nutrition, help you with meal planning, review your food diary, make suggestions of changes as needed, help you identify overeating triggers and coping strategies, give you healthy recipes, suggest exercise routines, give you suggestions on how to handle different eating situations, and other tips and strategies.
